It has exceptionally comfortable and warm rooms and stunning location adjacent to centre and a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, bars and stores. Very-very nice stuff made our stay.

Quiet, private building. Laundry machine in unit. Large, empty apartment. Specific access instructions. Huge room, good location. No noise from street. Spotless, spacious rooms. Large kitchen with full fridge. AC in living room and master bedroom. Clean, central location. Clear access instructions. Private balcony.

Overall, it’s relaxing base for exploring Ronda tourist places. The location of the apartment is best possible close to the bridge, amazing to walk around the area. Additionally, the property is really close to shops, the center of Ronda and the main restaurant street of Ronda. Offers comfy beds and nice bedroom. There's views of the surrounding mountains.

The place was quiet and had a pretty nice bedroom, a clean bathroom, and views of the surrounding mountains, and the staff were helpful and very nice, providing lots of activities.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Nueva 13 for a family vacation. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and the attractions we wanted to visit. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, making it very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a longer stay. Despite being located on a busy restaurant street, there was absolutely no noise in the apartment. a great experience!

Great prices! The rooms had strong air conditioning and reliable WiFi. The AC kept the room warm, and it worked well. 🔥

We had a lovely romantic escape in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from key attractions and restaurants. The spacious rooms and spotless apartment provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the large kitchen with a full-size fridge was a great feature for our stay.

We did encounter a few downsides. The lack of a ceiling fan or any fan in the second bedroom made it uncomfortably hot.

This place is great for sightseeing with very, very nice and helpful staff, exceptionally comfortable beds, and a kitchen for cooking, all with amazing views of the surrounding mountains.

The room was warm and cozy with the air conditioning set to the highest heat setting to ensure comfort.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! the apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with a spacious living room and a lovely terrace overlooking the street. Check-in was easy using the code provided, and the location was superb with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. the price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Apartamentos Nueva 13!

amazing location, right in the heart of town, surrounded by restaurants and shops. spacious and well-equipped loft with a private terrace. quiet and private apartment building, perfect for a peaceful stay. exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in Ronda.
